1 x Annual Earnings rounded to the nearest $1000 plus $2000 = Lurnp Sum Payment to your Group Life Beneficiary.

Survivor Income Benefits (SIB)

25% of Annual Earnings divided by 12 = monthly payments to your SIB Beneficiary.

SIB Beneficiary is your Spouse - the benefit is payable for spouse's lifetime or for 10 years, whichever is longer.

SIB Beneficiary is Other than Spouse - the benefit is payable for 10 years.

Short Term Disability

Not available to Temporary Employees.

Cost

Members pay 1.0% of actual gross earnings for GL & SIB coverage.
