April 1, 2006 showed an increase in premiums for the Enhanced Extended Health Plan. This increases was based on the experience of the plan as determined by our carrier, Pacific Blue Cross. Pacific Blue Cross resolved that the premium for the Basic Extended Health Plan could be decreased; again, based on the experience of that plan.
Premiums for the previous year for Extended Health, Enhanced Extended Health and Dental can be used against your medical expenses on your income tax return. The total premiums you paid for 2005 appeared on the January 1, 2006 notification for your convenience.
