• Health Connected – a free digital tool for PBC members that delivers a comprehensive and evidenced informed approach to health and wellness.
• Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines – Guidelines and resources for different age groups on the optimal amount of time spent on physical activity, sleep and sedentary behavior based on a 24 hours day.
• UBC Pharmacists Clinic – in-depth telephone or in-person consultation (available only at UBC campus) with a Pharmacist for inquiries where a more detailed review of medications is required. Ideal with those who have multiple or complex health conditions, not getting the desired results from their medications, experiencing side-effects or sensitivities to medications, or want to take fewer medications.
• Aroga Health – A multi-specialty, collaborative lifestyle medicine healthcare organization to prevent, treat and reverse many illnesses, but ultimately to improve health, vitality and joy. Referral by your Physician required to access covered services.

• Lifestyle Rx – a virtual Physician-led Diabetes Reversal Program, which has been successful in lowering participants’ blood sugar, with some medications even being reduced or eliminated and is fully covered for BC residents.

• 988 crisis line –free, confidential, 24/7 support for anyone in distress. Access to suicide prevention services and crisis resources via call or text all across Canada.
• Anxiety Canada – free online resources for managing anxiety and other mental health conditions.
• BounceBackBC.ca – A free skill-building program for depression, anxiety, stress or worry.
• Kelty’s Key – Free mental health and substance use resources such as online therapist access, videos and self-directed modules for a variety of mental health conditions.
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy – a free course for taking control of thoughts, emotions and relationships. This includes 40+ lessons with guides, videos and worksheets.
